We have 5 guaranteed places for 2009 so apply early and help support our work. All we ask is that you raise £1,500 or more if possible .
You will get full support for your training including guides and nutritional advice. You'll also get a fantastic running top and a fundraising pack to help you raise the money!

The NEW BUPA London 10K
We have 25 places for the 2009 race. Following part of the 2012 marathon route and organised by the people that bring you the Flora London Marathon, this event in May will be televised, exciting, challenging and a great day out for all involved.

Limited to 12,500 places, we have 25 and they will go fast. You'll get full support, a running shirt and guides to help with your training.
