Cameron is nine. Very little is known about his background. His parents abandoned him in the UK two years ago and his family is unknown to social services. He is a ‘looked after’ child and his foster family recently gave him up. He is wary of his peers, has few belongings and has a tendency to covet others’ belongings and steal. Whilst on his break Cameron was able to express himself through clay modeling, experience life in the countryside, go swimming, and visit the Chinese State Circus, while enjoying one-to-one support.
Cameron is able to take part in two CCHF breaks per year. CCHF provides him with much needed consistency and positive role models. Through CCHF, he has made new friends and has learned the value of teamwork and sharing.
