James May's plasticine comes to CCHF All About Kids!
Many thanks to Plum Pictures who donated enough plasticine to keep the children amused for quite a while after the recent TV programme Toy Stories with James May. We are looking forward to seeing what the children make with it!

American Express help out
CCHF All About Kids were pleased to host a team building day for American Express in June. 12 workers from the Burgess Hill site came down to help us prepare the grounds of our residential activity centre for the 125th anniversary party we held for some of the disadvantaged children we support.
The hard working team rejuvenated window boxes, swept and tidied the kerbsides, trimmed hedges, cut back brambles and nettles, dug out weeds, replanted flower beds, erected a gazebo and covered the place with bunting - phew! The site looked absolutely fantastic at the end of the day and CCHF All About Kids is very grateful for all the hard work put in by everyone, it greatly contributed to the success of the children's party that weekend.
Now that we know that American Express have such expert gardners and landscapers we look forward to welcoming them back in the future!
Groupama Insurances Golf Day
Groupama Insurances held their annual Golf Day for CCHF All About Kids at Coulsdon Manor Golf Club this year. 45 competitors took part in a wealth of golfing activity ranging from a 9 hole competiton, 18 hole competition and various challenges including "nearest the pin", "longest drive" and "straightest drive".
The day was rounded off by a 3 course meal, prize giving, raffle and auction. At the end of the event a fantastic £1,382.75 had been raised for CCHF All About Kids, an amazing achievment. To put this into context the money raised from this year's event will pay for all the activities for 28 children at a week long break.
CCHF All About Kids wishes to thank everyone connected with Groupama, staff, ex-staff, guests and suppliers for making the day such a success. Groupama have been supporting CCHF All About Kids with their annual golf day for nine years now and have raised over £6,500. We are hugely grateful for all their support, all the best for next year's event!
